Please note that custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are produced according to your specific measurements and requirements. For standard, non-custom products, returns may be considered within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective or incorrect. In the rare case of a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will review for a possible replacement or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
